Soul Blueprint ("Soul Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored and shared, and the choices you have regarding your information.

By creating or using a Soul Blueprint account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create and use a Soul Blueprint account, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

Information provided through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In

Birth and Personalization Information

Soul Blueprint is designed to provide personalized self-understanding experiences. To provide these features, we may collect and store information such as:

Birth date

Birth location, including city, state/province, and country
Information necessary to calculate or generate personalized astrology and Destiny Matrix information

Your birth information may be used to calculate your personalized chart, placements, Destiny Matrix information, and other personalized content within Soul Blueprint.

User-Provided Content

Depending on the features you use, Soul Blueprint may collect information you voluntarily enter into the app, including:

Journal entries
Personal reflections
Responses to prompts
Preferences
Goals
Other information you choose to provide through personalization features

You should only provide information that you are comfortable storing within the service.

Subscription and Payment Information

If you purchase a paid Soul Blueprint subscription, payment information is processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

Soul Blueprint does not intentionally store your full payment card number, security code, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Soul Blueprint may receive information from Stripe necessary to manage your subscription, such as:

Subscription status
Subscription plan
Transaction information
Billing status
Subscription start and renewal information
Cancellation status

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

Create and maintain your Soul Blueprint account
Authenticate your account
Calculate personalized astrology information
Generate personalized Destiny Matrix information
Provide personalized self-understanding content
Provide daily prompts, affirmations, and other personalized experiences
Process and manage subscriptions
Process payments through our payment provider
Communicate with you about your account, subscription, security, or important service updates

3. PERSONALIZED ASTROLOGY AND DESTINY MATRIX INFORMATION

Soul Blueprint uses information such as your birth date, birth time, and birth location to generate personalized astrology and Destiny Matrix experiences.

The resulting information may include calculated or derived information such as:

Zodiac placements
Houses
Planetary positions
Aspects
Rising sign
Moon sign
Venus sign
Other astrological calculations
Destiny Matrix numbers and calculations
Personalized interpretations based on these calculations

This information is generated to provide a personalized self-reflection and educational experience.

Astrology and Destiny Matrix content is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. AI AND PERSONALIZED CONTENT

Certain Soul Blueprint features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate personalized content.

When an AI-powered feature is used, information necessary to provide that feature may be processed by the applicable technology provider.

Soul Blueprint should only send information to an AI provider when that information is necessary for the requested feature.

If AI services are used, Soul Blueprint will take reasonable steps to configure those services appropriately and will not intentionally provide information beyond what is necessary for the requested functionality.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate and should be used as a tool for reflection and exploration rather than professional advice.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to operate Soul Blueprint, including providers that assist with:

Authentication
Cloud hosting and data storage
Payment processing
Subscription management
Application functionality
Analytics and technical monitoring
AI-powered features
Customer support
Security and fraud prevention

These providers may only process information as necessary to provide their services to Soul Blueprint, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be stored using third-party infrastructure and service providers that Soul Blueprint uses to operate the application.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and comply with legal or financial obligations.

When you delete your account, Soul Blueprint will initiate deletion of the personal information associated with your account, subject to limited exceptions described below.

Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required or permitted by law, including information necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or transaction records.

Information that is no longer necessary will be deleted or appropriately de-identified.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENTS

Soul Blueprint may offer paid subscriptions that automatically renew according to the plan selected by the user.

Canceling a Subscription

Users must be able to cancel their Soul Blueprint subscription through an accessible account or subscription-management interface, subject to the payment platform's requirements.

When a user cancels a subscription:

The subscription must be marked as canceling or canceled in Soul Blueprint's system.
The user must not be charged for a future renewal after the cancellation has taken effect.
The user's paid access should generally remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless the applicable purchase terms state otherwise.
The user's account and personal data should not automatically be deleted solely because the subscription was canceled.
The user should be able to continue using any features that are available to free accounts after the paid period ends.
The app should clearly display the subscription status and, when available, the date on which paid access will end.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

Soul Blueprint does not control the payment provider's processing systems.

Subscription status, payment status, transaction identifiers, and related billing information may be synchronized between the payment provider and Soul Blueprint for purposes of managing the user's subscription.

Failed or Expired Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Soul Blueprint may rely on the payment provider's subscription status and applicable billing rules.

The app may restrict premium features when a subscription expires, is canceled, or is otherwise no longer active.

The app should not delete the user's account or personal information merely because a payment fails or a subscription expires.

9. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Users should be able to delete their Soul Blueprint account directly within the application.

The account deletion option should be clearly accessible, such as:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Before deletion is finalized, the app should clearly explain that account deletion is permanent and may result in the loss of access to the user's:

Soul Blueprint account
Personalized astrology information
Destiny Matrix information
Journal entries and reflections
Preferences
Other user-generated content
Account history

If a User Deletes Their Account While Subscribed

If a user chooses to delete their account while they have an active paid subscription, the account deletion process should also initiate cancellation of the associated recurring subscription so that the user is not charged for future billing periods.

The system should:

Identify whether the account has an active or pending subscription.
Cancel the recurring subscription through the applicable payment provider.
Prevent future recurring charges.
Mark the subscription as canceled in Soul Blueprint.
Proceed with account deletion.
Delete or de-identify the user's personal information and user-generated content, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Remove or invalidate the user's authentication/account access.
Ensure that deleting the account does not leave an active recurring subscription running in the payment system.

Deleting an account does not necessarily entitle a user to a refund for a billing period that has already been paid, unless a refund is required by applicable law or provided under the applicable purchase/refund terms.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information
Request deletion of your personal information
Request information about how your personal information is processed
Request a copy of certain personal information
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable

You may exercise available rights by using the applicable controls within the Soul Blueprint app or by contacting us.

Account Deletion

The preferred method for deleting your Soul Blueprint account is through the in-app Delete Account function.

If you cannot access your account or are unable to use the deletion function, you may request assistance by contacting:

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests to protect your account and personal information.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Soul Blueprint is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent to the processing of personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Soul Blueprint may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, AI features, and other technical services.

Those third parties may have their own privacy policies governing their processing of information.

Examples may include services such as Google, Apple, Stripe, Base44, hosting providers, analytics providers, and AI providers used by Soul Blueprint.

Where required, Soul Blueprint will provide appropriate disclosures regarding third-party processing.

13. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Soul Blueprint and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies where necessary to operate the application, maintain sessions, remember preferences, understand technical usage, improve the service, or maintain security.

The technologies used may vary depending on the platform and features available.

14. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE

Soul Blueprint does not sell your personal information.

We also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes unless this Privacy Policy is updated to disclose such activity and applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Soul Blueprint's features, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the application, by email, or through another reasonable method.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
